Ricardo Brambila believes Eduplates will have a positive impact on the young children as they prepare to start their academic years in valley public schools. June 2010 - Weslaco, TXWeslaco ISD Parental Involvement Dept. directed by Ms. Leticia Martinez has purchased 140 more Eduplate sets for young children she oversees. She is actually conducting a study to see the impact Eduplates are having on those children. She and her staff believe that the extra exposure and parent involvement in their childrens' education will have a tremendous impact on future testing and results. April 2010 - Arlington, TXThe Arlington ISD Prekindergarten Early Start Grant Dept. purchased 500 Eduplate Sets for students of several elementary schools and a set for each classroom. We congratulate Ms. Tonya West for going the extra mile and providing what we have to offer...an educational tool that works 24/7, engages parents and siblings, and will be working all through summer. March 2010 - Dallas, TXEducational First Steps, a nonprofit providing training and guidance to numerous child care centers in Dallas, purchased 50 sets of Eduplates that will be used to reward parents who complete parental training through their unique program. July 2007 - Laredo, TexasSeveral local banks, private citizens and EduPlate grouped their resources and donated funds and EduPlates to the Texas Migrant Council and the Texas Migrant Season Head Start. Nearly 400 set of EduPlates made their way to the homes of disadvantaged children. Mary Capello, chief executive of the Texas Migrant Council, said “The plates are designed for 3 - and 4-year-olds, but they can be used by younger children.” To read the entire news article click here.
